We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization who focuses on providing high quality comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are looking for the best and brightest Front Desk Associates who share our passion for serving our patients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays
• Schedule patient appointments
• Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
• Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts
• Prepare end of day documents and audits
• Proactively take initiative and thinking ahead to help provide better customer service

Qualifications

• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player and communication
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
• Efficient temporary fabrication
• Must be willing to work at least some weekends

Credentials

• 3 years SUPERIOR customer service experience
