- Full Time
- Evenings and Weekends Generally Required
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays
- Schedule patient appointments and coordiante long term plan of care
- Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
- Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts
- Work recall reports as needed
- Proactively take initiative and thinking ahead to help provide better customer service
- Understanding of KPI's and P&L reports
- Co-host morning huddles on a regular basis
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player and communication
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
- Efficient temporary fabrication
- Must be willing to work at least some weekends
- 3 years experience in dental office REQUIRED
- Experience with Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Periodontics is preferred
