We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the food and beverage department.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff in the food and beverage department.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and costs.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
