We are looking for a Guest Service Specialist to join our front desk team! You must be energetic, self disciplined, reliable and able to offer exceptional guest services.
POSITION PURPOSE Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in/out guests, resolving issues that concern guests, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in our common areas, housekeeping areas and breakfast area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Part time to full time position that will primarily work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm with rotating weekends. Computer proficiency preferred, but will train.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
