Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time using the Paycom payroll software.
- Manage expenses, garnishments, and other payroll-related tasks efficiently through the Paycom system.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Utilize Paycom's employee-driven payroll features to empower employees to manage their payroll data, including PTO and expenses.
- Work closely with employees to address any payroll-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of payroll processing experience required.
- Paycom software experience not required, but preferred.
