POSITION TITLE: CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Requirements
Paramedic
If they are not dual certified, they must be willing to apply for certification in the state in which they are not certified (MA or RI)
40-hour-a-week schedule
Must be set scheduled, can be set rotating schedule, but required to do at least two weekends a month.
Will work out of a fully stocked ALS intercept vehicle
While their primary responsibilities will be clinical coordinator, available and ready to be dispatched and complete an ALS call at any time during their shift.
Responsibilities
Monitors laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and emerging medical technologies to develop and recommend policies, procedures, or equipment acquisition to upper management.
Performs clerical/administrative duties, such as maintaining drug records/logs, performing data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining an inventory of supplies.
Monthly ALS Audits
FTO
Assist with QA and Clinical Investigations
Conducts staff & training meetings.
Schedules others to attend in-service training and technical or professional classes to improve technical or professional skills.
Assist with all internal inspections.
Available during shift for ALS intercepts.
Schedule and coordinate all hard equipment PMs
Paramedic MA and/or RI - MUST become Dual licensed if not currently
Must be an experienced paramedic
