Description

Work in a company patrol vehicle in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in LA. The unarmed patrol officers handle non-emergency routine patrol in our client neighborhoods on the west side of Los Angeles Beverly Hills to Pacific Palisades areas) or the San Fernando Valley (Los Feliz to Encino). Officers are on a promotional path to advance from unarmed roles to armed patrol within 6 months of employment.

• $19.00 to $19.50 /hour hiring pay rate depending on experience. Eligible for pay increase at 6 months of employment with promotion to an armed patrol officer role.
• Earn up to $20.50 per hour with shift differential for night/weekend hours
• Overtime is always available
• Double time pay for holiday hours worked
• Annual merit increase eligibility
• Earn unlimited additional income from employee referrals is up to $1000.00 per hire of Armed Security Officers.

Requirements:

• Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off during the week
• Must be able to work weekend hours
• Swing and graveyard shifts are available (Limited dayshift opportunities available)
• Armed Security Officers go directly from home to our patrol vehicles in their assigned beat

Qualifications

Required Qualifications for Armed Security Officer:

• CA Driver’s License
• CA Guard Card
• Baton certificate AND pepper spray permit and equipment
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• For new hires who begin employment in the patrol trainee/transitional program, they must provide proof that they have submitted an application for a firearm permit and possess a firearm at 6 months of employment or earlier, to continue employment
• Candidates with experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, Sentry, Security Patrol Officers, or Patrol Officers are encouraged to apply
• Ex Veterans and former military officers, encouraged to apply

The full pay range for unarmed patrol officers is $19 to $20 per hour
