Armed Security Officer

• Ex Veterans and former military officers, encouraged to apply
• Earn up to $23.00 per hour w/shift differential
• Work in a company patrol vehicle in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in LA.

OVERTIME IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE

• $17.00 – $21.00 - Armed Security Officers are generally offered this pay based on experience and qualifications
• $22.00 per hour - Highly skilled individuals with extensive Armed Security Patrol experience may be considered for this enhanced wage offering
• $23.00 per hour – Armed Security Patrol may earn up to $23 per hour with shift differential pay if there are any hours worked on graveyard or weekends
• Double time pay for Holiday work hours
• Annual merit increase eligibility – market rate increases may also occur
• Earn unlimited additional income from employee referrals is up to $1000.00 per hire of Armed Security Officers
• Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off during the week for Armed Security Patrol
• Must be able to work weekend hours
• Swing and graveyard shifts are available
• Armed Security Officers go directly from home over to our patrol vehicles in the assigned beat

The full salary range is $17 to $23 per hour. Off-duty police officers with full post-certification of a full-time California Academy will be paid at a higher rate up to $31.00 per hour

Armed Security Officer positions are available in the following locations:

• West Los Angeles
• Brentwood
• Hollywood Area
• Pacific Palisades
• San Fernando Valley

Qualifications

Required Qualifications for Armed Security Officer:

• Firearm Permit – note: candidates waiting for firearm permit may be considered once firearms licensing eligibility is possible through WIOA program with appropriate entities and or, have applied through BSIS and is in the "PENDING STATUS" with proof of passing PSI Evaluation
• CA Driver’s License
• CA Guard Card
• Baton certificate or pepper spray permit preferred but we will assist in obtaining this if candidates don’t currently have this
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• Candidates with experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, Sentry, Security Patrol Officers, or Patrol Officers are encouraged to apply
• Ex Veterans and former military officers, encouraged to apply
