Senior Advanced Business Applications Specialist /Dynamics 365

• They will be a blend of traditional Business Analysts and Systems Analysts.
• They will use your technical expertise in Client 365 to consult and collaborate with business leaders, IT staff, and other third parties to develop, deliver, and optimize business capabilities.
• They often act as integrated team leads and facilitate small projects or initiatives.
• They investigate and evaluate how to improve and enhance the processes of our product sales and develop recommendations for our Client 365 CRM solution.
• The Client 365 Systems Analyst (Business Systems Specialist) will support and facilitate the development and delivery of solutions leveraging the knowledge of business end-users, stakeholders, goals, requirements, and current and desired future states.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering or Scientific
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting client 365 solutions (Sales and Customer Service Hub).

• Master's Degree.
• Developing and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows) experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and translate business requirements into solutions
• Javascript programming knowledge.
• Prior work experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capturing and analyzing business requirements, specifications, and processes.
• Broad expertise or unique knowledge of systems and business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to analyze complex situations, alternatives, proposals, designs, architectures, risks, data, systems, and constructs with variable factors
