Description

Are you a Sr. Developer / Sr. Business Systems Analyst that is looking to join one of the top companies within the Semiconductor Industry?

Are you looking to further your career and grow?

Do you have experience with implementation of projects and Developing experience?

Here is what you will do:

Work with Legal team for any new enhancements, projects and support work
Actively partners with cross functional teams for technical delivery of solutions
Responsible for testing the fixes, performance testing and managing integrations
Responsible for prioritization of work with business as BSA
Responsible for driving solutions with business independently.

Here is what you will get:

Pay: $75/hr. DOE

Duration: Contract (24 months)

Location: Tualatin, OR

Shift: 8am-5pm (Onsite/Hybrid Role)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five (5) years of development experience
1. Solid experience of workflow design and development building workflows using any type of workflow engines, including SharePoint Designer, K2, etc.
2. Must to have: Solid Net, C# development experiences
3. Experience building integrations with other systems
4. Experience with working with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
Experience working directly with business teams
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Preferred in Contract Lifecycle Management tools like DocuSign CLM (Spring CM), Icertis, or other similar systems
Preferred experience with other eDiscovery tools like relativity and legal tracker
Preferred experience with analytics tool and building reporting
- Preferred knowledge with legal tools/applications
- Preferred experience on building integration, and analytics and reporting
- Nice to have MSFT 0365 knowledge
