Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features
- Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits and functionality of our products
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technology products is desirable but not required
