Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will assist in supervising staff, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales targets.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Supervise and train store employees to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including buying, selling, and inventory management
- Previous experience in wireless sales is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
