Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a vital role in ensuring the protection of property, assets, and people.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access
- Maintain accurate inventory information with Online Platform
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies and alarms
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Perform access control duties by checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor passes
- Conduct thorough inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is preferred
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
