COMMUNITY SERVICES SPECIALIST
Compensation: $45,827.00 - $56,361.00

DEFINITION
Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Community Services Specialist is responsible for supporting low-income families and individuals to make progress towards being economically and housing self-sufficient, working with a team including program managers and staff. Key duties include working with individuals to assess their needs, develop Individual Training and Service Plans to address identified needs, and connect with all applicable and available community services and resources. This position will be responsible for implementing service delivery components in compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices managing and maintaining Program participant files, tracking and reporting Program participant progress, and tracking and reporting Program outputs and outcomes in compliance with HUD and all other relevant regulations and standards.

Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and federal documents. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from vendors, contractors, supervisors, co-workers, residents, and city/county agencies.

Driving and reliable transportation are requirements of this position.
