Our company is seeking a no-nonsense, hardworking Retail Manager with experience managing a sales floor to join our team. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Retail Sales Associates, maintaining an organized and clean sales floor, and providing management oversight and advice as needed. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a retail business.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
• Develop marketing plans to increase sales and maintain market share.
• Oversee new product innovations.
• Set company financial goals, develop sales and expense budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement appropriate changes to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and evaluate employees to ensure they are performing their duties to the company's standards.
