Briarcliffe RI (Briarcliffe Manor, Briarcliffe Gardens and The Preserve) is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Johnston, RI

We are a family owned and operated health care company and are very customer-service oriented. We are looking for a like-minded, detail-oriented, flexible individual who is eager to learn and work in a fast-based environment to join us!

Responsibilities include:

· Filing, typing, phones and other general office duties and special projects.

· Assisting our Office Manager & Finance Director with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Deposits & Reconciliations, Monthly and Year-End Reporting

Requirements:

· Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting (or equivalent experience) preferred

· Familiarity with Accounting in a health care environment a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information

· Team player; takes pride in work and exhibits a positive attitude

We are willing to train the right candidate!
