Albany Management is seeking a Cleaner for our Residential apartment community in Menands (Dutch Village Apartments). You will be an important part of the on-site team taking care of the community and making it shine for the residents.

Requirements

• 1yr of cleaning experience (preferred)
• Eagerness to learn if candidate does not have experience
• Candidates are to be punctual, reliable and efficient
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must be team oriented, customer focused and has attention to detail
• Requires standing, walking and stairs

Responsibilities

• Cleaning building common hallways, breezeways, laundry rooms, rental offices/clubhouse, bathrooms
• Vacuuming carpets and trash removal
