Teresian House is looking for compassionate LPNs to help our residents in our 300 bed facility. Qualified candidates will have graduated from a state approved school of nursing and have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State. All LPNs will be CPR certified and vaccinated for COVID.

LPNs will administer medications and preform treatments as ordered by physicians and document appropriately. You will also assist with direct resident care as necessary, including personal care, feeding, care of environment changes, and safety. You will also ensure recording of Intakes and output, toileting records, turning and positioning sheets and other documentation in neighborhood. LPNs will complete incident reports and initiate investigations occurring on assigned unit and forward to RN Nurse manager. You will notify RN for assessment as needed and initiate transfers of residents to the hospital as necessary and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
