The Practice Manager at Albany ENT & Allergy Services, P.C. is responsible for overseeing clinical areas and overall operational success in the organization’s quality, productivity, and financial goals. This individual is a patient and provider centric leader, focusing on enhancing the patient and clinician experience. This position will participate in strategic planning and will develop implementation plans. The Practice Manager will ensure an optimal work environment for physicians and staff, ensuring that appropriate processes, facilities, equipment, and other required resources are available to support service delivery goals in the most cost-effective manner. This position will participate in relevant implementations and operational improvements for services and will maintain a clear understanding of the organization and intersection of the clinical practice with the business of medicine.

COMPENSATION: The compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
