``Duties:```
- Supervise the Administrative non clinical staff
- Manage and ensure adequate staff coverage of of administrative and clerical areas staff and clerical areas
- Supervises daily operational patient flow, billing and registration, appointments
- Knowledge of insurance authorization process and EMR
- New patient inpatient procedures and scheduling
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team management or supervisory experience is required
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business/Public Administration or Business preferred
