Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new clients. The potential candidate will be responsible for conducting direct outreach, which includes canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and successfully scheduling appointments

Duties:

• Canvassing Neighborhoods: Walking through designated areas to reach out to potential customers.
• Door-to-Door Interaction: Engaging with residents at their homes, introducing products or services, and explaining the purpose of the visit.
• Appointment Scheduling: Convincing interested individuals to schedule appointments
• Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding set targets for the number of appointments scheduled.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Being personable, empathetic, and capable of building rapport with a wide range of people.
