Position Summary:
The Hybrid Sales Representative works as an ambassador and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on the branch territory. Conducts sales from both inside the office and out in the field. Must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential and future sales. Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Excellent social skills allow the fostering of strong relationships.
The Hybrid Sales Representative must maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm, reflecting the organization's commitment to our customers. Develops product knowledge by reading current vendor tags and pamphlets and attending training classes to better communicate with the customer. The Hybrid Sales Representative will also work with vendors and product specialists in your territory to provide value-added support to customers within your territory. Stay current with promotional events and sales.
