This position is the introductory face and voice of our family-owned business. We place a high value on excellent customer service which is one of our core values and a reason we have been in business for over 60 years. This position is part of an office team where everyone pitches in to help with all office-related tasks and in our retail department. Ability to be flexible and work well with a small team of other employees are key parts of this position.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Staff the office front desk in a friendly, professional manner.
· Greet and assist customers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
· Answer the telephone and route calls to the correct destinations.
· Respond to customer inquiries or direct customers to the proper channels.
· Keep the receiving room organized and stocked with supplies and forms.
· Process game and fish tickets accurately, including information intake, calculation of correct charges, and receipt of payments.
· Maintain game and fish tickets in an organized, accessible manner.
· Maintain customer data base and game counts.
· Process accounting-related documents (invoices, customer records etc.) as directed.
· Provide back-up assistance in the Company retail store as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma required.
· One year of office-related administrative work preferred

· Ability to maintain a positive interpersonal dynamic in relating with fellow employees and customers, in an environment with frequent interruptions
· A customer service mindset
· Proficient at basic math calculation
· Familiarity with Excel and word processing programs.

· Able to lift 40 pounds.
