Summary:
Under general supervision, the Revenue Cycle (RC) Vendor Management Coordinator will support revenue cycle by managing the vendor invoice reconciliation process to ensure invoices are accurate and processed timely, analysis of vendor spend, onboarding of new vendors, monthly expense tracking, ongoing tracking of vendor performance and expenses. Serves as subject matter expert with regard to revenue cycle vendors and vendor processes. Creates tracking of areas that need to be reviewed with RC leadership to optimize vendor workflows, quality and performance.
Responsibilities: Other information: KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in finance, HIM, business administration, or other similar field. This may be substituted with applicable experience. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION Non-supervisory – Five (5) years of work experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience. MINIMUM CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATION N/A PREFERRED EDUCATION QUALIFICATION N/A PREFERRED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION Vendor Management experience preferred.
