At Alares, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing hospital construction projects, directly contributing to the betterment of healthcare conditions for our esteemed veterans. As a construction manager, your responsibilities will be varied and impactful:

  • Assist the Resident Engineer in daily duties- managing the construction of a data upgrade project.
  • Prepare Site Visit Reports: Your observations will shape the course of hospital projects.
  • Field Verification: Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Requirements:

To succeed in this impactful role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in Construction Projects: Prior supervision experience at least 10 yrs in construction as a field project manager, superintendent or senior foreman. Or 15 years without a degree.
  • Experience with low voltage is a requirement of the position.
  • Ability to Read Plans and Specifications.
  • Ability to Read Construction Schedules.
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills: Your ability to coordinate and communicate effectively is essential.
  • Proactive and Collaborative Team Member: We thrive on teamwork and innovation, and we need you to be an active part of it.
  • Maintain Daily Construction Reports
