Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Monday-Wednesday- Summer-June-July -
8:30am- 3:30 pm
1 to 2 Saturdays a Month-Academic Year- September- May - 8:30am-3:30pm

Job Summary and Description
Responsible for developing programs and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • One year of teaching experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline and/or experience teaching low-income, first generation high school students.
  • Upward Bound experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A Texas Teacher’s Certification in the assigned academic area (a Master’s Degree may be substituted for the Teacher’s Certification).

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
