Job Summary and Description

Provides analysis and consulting to enterprise in support of development and maintenance of compensation systems, including job structures, salary ranges, and pay strategy.

Reports to the District Human Resources Department.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Five years’ of progressive experience performing compensation analyses, consulting and program management.
• Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, vlookups, and IF statements.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
• Prefer CCP, PHR or SPHR.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
