Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Works M-F 8a-5p. Is expected to cover all events and may need to work some nights and weekends.

Job Summary and Description

Plan, manage and execute campus events, process and monitors facilities projects for campus; monitors parking and shuttle services; liaison for DPS and housekeeping to provide information and communication between College and District office.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • One year of experience in meeting management.
  • One year of supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
