Job Summary and Description

Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the District student database in compliance with federal, state, and institutional rules and guidelines. Process includes communication and collaboration with internal and external customers and developers (i.e. ApplyTexas application, student records, and course credit evaluation). Additionally, implement and maintain add-ons to Banner student database (i.e. Degreeworks, Axiom, etc.)

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Five years’ experience in a higher education institution.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must be insurable through Alamo Colleges’ insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
