Aktion Parks is a boat and cable park operation that delivers customers an active watersports lifestyle that is safe, healthy, family-friendly, and environmentally conscious. Aktion Parks owned and operates Miami Watersports Complex, Auburndale's Elite Cable Park, and Orlando Watersports Complex, three of the largest cable wakeboard parks in the U.S. and recognized throughout the world.

This is the first person to greet our visitors at our Orlando Watersport Complex (OWC) location. If you have exceptional customer service, a passion for wakeboarding, and can help direct guests to the right location to start their journey at OWC, then we have the job for you! We offer part-time hours, with $11.00/hour, and free use of the cable park after 30 days of employment! If you have retail experience and love water sports, then this is the place for you to work.

Positions we have available are Pro-shop and Front Desk Clerk. Typical duties include:

• Open and close the store.
• Sales of products and operating the cash register.
• Assisting clients with paperwork completion.
• Assigning equipment and verifying safety is communicated.
• Offering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with social media communication about the park.

• Minimum one-year customer service
• Minimum one-year retail experience
• Minimum availability of 4 shifts a week.
• Available to work varying shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Minimum one year operating a cash register.
• Strong computer skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to adhere to all safety requirements as this is a Safety Sensitive position.
• Ability t communicate effectively with customers and understand instructions.
