JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join our team as a Sr Program Management leader and be at the forefront of innovating the shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining impactful processes and teams to ensure seamless delivery of our customer promise. As a key member of a startup product team, you'll be part of pioneering solutions that combine customer impact with retail invention, facing and overcoming substantial technical challenges.
- Define and execute major programs with significant cross-functional and organizational impact.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex cross-functional projects in new business areas.
- Utilize strong, data-driven judgment in business and strategy decisions.
- Innovate, develop, and simplify processes and technology requirements.
- Develop business and process requirements, manage priorities, milestones, and the overall roadmap.
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Strong capability in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Demonstrated ability in owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
