Requirements:
- Engineering, architecture, construction, managing or related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Calendars, Windows, and planning applications.
- Experience in the construction field
- Own transportation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving skills in construction projects
- Leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project planning, including timelines, materials, deliveries, subcontractors, inspections, required resources, and budgets.
- Supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to the established plans, schedule, clients’ desire, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify and assess potential project risks and losses.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Report on project progress and address any issues or changes in the plan.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate the acquisition of materials and services necessary for the project.
- Obtain necessary permits for construction.
- Schedule, conduct, and pass all necessary inspections required by the city.
