Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Promote current sales and promotions to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
