The GCAS team is looking for a strong Account Executive. This role will give you a great level of exposure to the work in Client's Sales organization, and one of our most exciting Auto clients with a high level of individual responsibility.

As a Global Account Executive, Automotive, you will be working to grow our largest and most iconic global automotive clients. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage your keen business understanding to focus on core areas to drive outsized business growth. In this role, you will work and collaborate closely with an expert team to ensure a strong seamless global connection and speed to market. You will serve as the clients' advocate within the org, while collaborating with other internal teams, to provide them with a scaled portfolio of solutions and options. You’ll own and deepen client relationships, lead global governance & coordination across priority markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy via a global JBP (joint business plan), inclusive of a global VIP (video incentive program), and scaling solutions with locally developed JBPs (joint business plans) in collaboration with the Large Customer Sales team to drive revenue. You will engage with leaders, participate at events to establish us as a trusted source, and build relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Use a deep understanding of the client's business, broad knowledge of advertising and the automotive industry, to identify and enable a mix of competitive short and longer-term opportunities to drive business growth for our customers and prepare them for future changes in privacy regulation and the advertising ecosystem.
Interact confidently with senior leaders to build trust, gain commitment and progress difficult conversations, while maintaining strategic focus and executive presence.
Lead joint business plan development, account-level strategy, annual activation plans, and develop new and existing customer relationships to unlock revenue growth in upper-funnel and branding strategies, while optimizing advertising investment and achieving team targets.
Collaborate effectively across GCAS, LCS, and partner teams to align business goals to a consistent global strategy and local execution, driving adoption of client's solutions, foster C-Level relationships with global client decision makers (eg. Business Reviews, Top-to-Tops).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
10 years of experience in sales, with experience managing client partnership
Exceptional understanding of marketing and experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
Excellent communication skills, can convey information and ideas, fosters strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and persuades others.
Experience with Google solutions, including Search, YouTube, GMP, and Audiences.
