Profile:

•Actively engage with client technology leadership to demonstrate our technology solution approach and manage their expectations regarding technology scope.

•Ability to present and engage with C-Level clients in a workshop environment.

•Ability to work with creative design teams on journey maps, wireframes, design boards, etc.

•Ability to discover and surface customer and partner insights, be aware of industry trends, and provide recommendations.

•Ability to lead transformation programs for multinational companies with complex political and organizational structures.
Skillset:

•Experience with strategic roadmapping exercises, building strategies, roadmaps, and visions related to leading technology platforms.

•Experience developing storylines for and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

•Ability to develop compelling pitch decks and business cases to sell ideas to clients and key stakeholders.

•Ability to assess business capability maturity and define future state business operating models.

•Actively lead our Capgemini technology leadership to consistently deliver solutions.

•Serve as a key leader on the project, engaging client IT leadership (our day-to-day client) in SteerCo meetings and with client business leadership (our buyers) should there be requirements to communicate aspects of a technology solution.

•Manage to an architecture and a delivery plan as set forth in our project plan to be delivered across multiple releases.

•Provide outstanding communications (client-facing and internal).
