Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Certified Lead Delivery Business Architect with extensive expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Automation. The ideal candidate will have over 15-20 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Analysis, and Delivery Management, coupled with deep knowledge of Pega BPM technology and other related tools and frameworks. The role requires leadership in driving BPM best practices, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and engaging with clients to provide innovative solutions for their digital transformation journeys

Need

• Pega Certified Lead Delivery Manager - BPM with more than 15-20 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Business Processes Management (BPM), Process automation, RPA, Customer Decision Hub, NBA, Campaign management thru CDH, Ui Path, Middleware Integrations, Presales of customer digital transformations journeys, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning and sentiment analytics
• Envision, encourage, recommend BPM best practices in terms of business process optimization, cloud implementations, middleware architectures, process automation using various BPM suites
• Niche skills BPM process automation, Presales, RFP piloting, requirement management, implementation, Business Development, BPM COE establishment, Vendor Management, Program/Process/Account management, onshore/offshore management, preparation and presentation of RFPs, E2E QA/BA process solutions, technical tools establishment through POCs at client locations
• Provide IT Delivery including Application development, BA & QA, Project management, Scrum Master services for internationally recognized client organizations: Pega Professional Services Cisco
• Should have experience in requirement analysis, process automation, running DCO sessions, implementation & testing/managing of Pega PRPC projects (PRPC versions include 5.1 to 8.1 Infinity)
• Strong presentation skills to pitch in new implementations, road maps to C- Executive members
• Experience in using ALM Center for Bug tracking, JIRA and TFS Tracker for version control.
• Solid Experience in Business Requirement Management (Business Process Modeling, Process Management, Change Management, System/ Acceptance testing and Application Development
• Proficient in developing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Collaboration Diagrams, Gap Analysis and Activity Diagrams based on UML Methodology using tools like MS Visio, Signavio Process manager
• Very good knowledge in using the PEGA BPM technology, experience in PMF, TMF, CPM, SD and SI frameworks, Next Best Action(NBA)and Robotics
