ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR - DISPATCH MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday, but overtime and weekend work is occasionally required.

As a Customer Care Supervisor - Dispatch Manager, you ensure that our customers have consistently excellent experiences every time they work with us. A leader in our business, you oversee and expand our team of customer service reps and dispatchers. You hire, train, and supervise your staff, equipping them with the knowledge, guidance, and support necessary to provide exceptional customer service as they dispatch service calls and communicate with clients. Creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), you ensure that your team is meeting our standards for excellence, and you provide motivation and feedback when necessary to keep them on track.

You communicate regularly with senior management, providing thoughtful reports and recommendations to help us better serve our customers. An excellent collaborator, you also partner with our field employees to continuously refine and improve our approach to customer interactions. Your satisfaction comes from leading an excellent team and giving our customers the best experience possible!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We've been searching for an attentive, proactive person to fill this customer service management role. If you meet the following qualifications, you might be a perfect fit!

  • 4 years of customer service experience
  • Advanced computer competency, including 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer service software
  • Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

A college degree is preferred, and some HVAC or home services experience would be a plus!
