AirQuest Aviation at the Butler County Regional Airport is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 7:00PM . Working on holidays is required.

About AirQuest Aviation:

We are a fixed-base operator (FBO) with two locations including Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport (KBTP) and Beaver County Airport (KBVI). As a Western Pennsylvania FBO, AirQuest provides services in range of 48 US States, as well as the Bahamas and Canada. Our FBO was founded in 2007 by entrepreneur Stephen Muck. Since then, it has grown rapidly into the region's premiere FBO, providing luxurious charters, as well as ground, maintenance, flight school, and management services.

A day in the life of an Aircraft Customer Service Representative:

In this position, you play a vital role in our company. Every day, you arrive at our airport ready to perform a variety of important tasks, including greeting and handling customers, answering a multi-line phone system, and arranging for rental vehicles and other accommodations.

Using your organizational and time-management skills, you perform office administrative tasks such as invoicing and processing payments. Using your verbal and written communication skills, you communicate client needs to our service team to help research and resolve problems. No matter what, you provide the best customer service to our clients!

Exhibiting great flexibility, you complete important additional projects and tasks as they arise. Ensuring that our clients get all their flight-planning needs fulfilled gives you a deep sense of satisfaction, and you feel great knowing you are part of a successful team!

Qualifications for an Aircraft Customer Service Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; continued education preferred
  • 1 years Aviation or Customer Service experience required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required

Safety Sensitive Position:

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
