Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Air and Water Solutions is seeking to fill one Part-time position within its Customer Service department as a Customer Support Representative.

About Us

Air and Water Solutions provides high quality, energy efficient solutions for HVAC, Water Treatment, Ductless, Solar, and Tank-less Water Heaters/Tank Water Heaters. Air & Water Solutions also specializes in Energy Audits and Radon Services. We provide solutions for both home and commercial applications. Our company prides itself on putting the customer first and we are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be required to assist in answering incoming calls for the business and dispatch technicians to the appropriate locations. Be able to communicate effectively with our customers, staff, and technicians in all forms of interaction. Candidate should be able to smile on the phone and maintain a positive attitude. Candidate will also be responsible for following up with customers to inquire about their experience or needs.

Other responsibilities include:

· Take incoming customer calls

· Directing calls to the appropriate department (service, sales, parts)

· Dispatch technicians to the appropriate locations

· Answer customer questions as needed

· Transfer phones after hours

· Gather all pertinent information from customers

· Email customer quotes and information

· Contact customers to keep them informed of appointments and schedules

· Filing

· Assist with inter-office duties

· Request payment from customers

· Ability to learn and be well versed on the products we sell

· Customer satisfaction follow-up after service work and installs

· Able to smile on the phones (yes, I mentioned this again =)

Job Requirements

As a Customer Support Representative, you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Other requirements include:

· Excellent customer relation skills

· Organized

· Ability to multi-task

· Proficient in reading maps, giving directions, and recognizing our coverage areas

· Competent in Word, Excel, Email, and our dispatching software (training provided)

· You must have prior phone/answering experience

Hours

25-28 hours per week.

Schedule: 12p.m. – 5:30p.m. (Tentative)

Benefits

$16 - $22/hr (Commensurate upon experience)

This position could be full-time for the right candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 28 per week
