POSITION SUMMARY
We're on the lookout for talented individuals with a knack for customer service to join our team as Dispatchers.
Based out of our headquarters in San Jose, CA, this role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience, although prior HVAC or plumbing office experience isn't mandatory.
As a Dispatcher at Air Sharks, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DISPATCHER
As a vital member of our team, you'll:
- Uphold our core values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality in every interaction
- Strive to deliver nothing short of a 5-star customer experience, consistently exceeding expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, and other digital platforms
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concernsIdentify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for our technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system, Service Titan
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with management to stay informed about our products, services, and policies
- Process payments for services rendered by our technicians
- Provide constructive feedback to improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate positivity, cooperation, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions as needed
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS OF A DISPATCHER
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of two (2 ) years of high-volume HVAC and/or plumbing call center experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A DISPATCHER
- Ability to sit and use a computer and phone for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be required
