We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher to join our team. The Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher plays a crucial role in our fast-paced business by understanding the skill level of our technicians, evaluating customer needs, and matching the right technician to every job for optimal results.

Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming customer calls for service
• Call customers to schedule or reschedule service appointments
• Organize calls on the dispatch board efficiently
• Dispatch service technicians to jobs based on their skill sets and availability
• Maintain accurate customer records and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Perform various office tasks as needed
• Keep track of paused jobs and coordinate rescheduling as necessary

Plumbing and HVAC Lead Dispatcher Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer applications and dispatch software
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines consistently
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle high-stress situations professionally
• Experience with dispatch software is a plus
