We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our team. Seniors are encouraged to apply.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Process customer billing for sales transactions
• Process customer credit memos
• Record customer payments, including credit card payments
• Complete end of day credit card processing
• Assist with customer collections, as needed
• Respond to and research customer inquiries related to invoice/credit memos and general support
• General office and accounting tasks
• Filing and organization

Requirements:

- Experience with customer billing
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
