Air Comm, a nationwide leader in Voice and Video technology, is seeking an Outside Sale/Solutions

Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships

with local and national accounts. As a CCTV Solutions Specialist you will be hunting new business, as well as

growing current business within Air Comm’s portfolio.

- Sell Air Comm’s Voice & Video Solutions Portfolio

o CCTV Systems (Avigilon, SentraCam video, etc)

- Network with key customers, and within industries to grow new business

- Work with current customers to capture more of their business in product offerings they do not

currently purchase from Air Comm

- Work with Engineers and Service Staff to design Camera Systems

- Build relationships with customers to uncover pain points, and create a solution to solve their issues

- Develop and Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure long-term success

- Act as a liaison between customer and internal teams ensuring all expectations are met

- Experience in Sales or Customer Service

- Self-Starter and Self Driven

- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written

- Ability to learn and understand new and changing technology

- Ability to ask the next question and get the close

- Well organized

- Works well in a team atmosphere
