YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!:A COSTA Study Research Specialist is a clinically trained professional that contributes to AHF research initiatives in collaborations with the University of Miami by recruiting, consenting and managing study participants (HIV patients on antiretroviral treatment who are using stimulants). The COSTA Specialist will bring motivational interviewing as well as other clinical skills to this research study.

A COSTA Study Research Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by working with study participants to remove barriers to HIV/AIDS medical care by facilitating a collaborative process that identifies a treatment plan for their needs, and continuous follow-up to optimize their health outcomes.

The COSTA Study Research Specialist will work as part of a close knit team to reduce barriers to care, increase medical adherence and retain PLWH in medical care.
Licenses and Certifications: LCSW or LPC preferred
