About:
The Property Manager will focus on managing client relations related to the maintenance and management of all CPP Properties and AHL HealthCare Group properties.
Location:
- Duluth and surrounding areas
Compensation:
- $52,000-$55,000 annually
- Depending on experience
Hours of Position:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Some weekends
- On-call
Typical Job Duties:
- Point person for all tenant relations and licensing requirements
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections
- Contact person for all maintenance and repair requests during business hours and on call after hours
- Coordinate maintenance staff schedules
- Provide ongoing supervision to maintenance staff
- Oversee vehicle fleet and maintenance garages
- Fill in for maintenance/construction duties as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of related property management experience
- 18 years or older
- Pass a MN DHS Background Study
- On-call and weekend availability
- Current driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass an MVR
