The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking an Administrator, Microsoft System, for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote).
Starting base salary = $100,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with related experience).
The Administrator, Microsoft System designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes Microsoft solutions for the association. This position ensures the successful deployment and operation of M365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive for Business, and security and compliance features. The position collaborates closely with the IT Cybersecurity team and other stakeholders to design and implement Microsoft solutions that meet the evolving needs of the association. In addition, the Administrator contributes to incident management and resolution as it relates to the scope of these systems; provides remote or hands on support to customers; researches issues that are complex in nature, and works with other IT staff and external service providers to conduct root cause analysis for complete issue resolution.
