Platform Support, System Administrator (Remote)

As a Platform Support, System Administrator with GTreasury, you will work under moderate supervision and collaborate with Technical Operation, Client Support and Solutions teams assisting with the implementation and troubleshooting of client implementations. Typical activities include the management\administration of ancillary certificates and keys (RSA, PGP, PKI, SSH), third-party tools\processes (PuTTY, PSFTP, FTPS, AL2, PCI, UNIFIED), application-infra-workflows (file handling, transformations, archiving, logging), and daily support of application workflows requiring elevated access to infrastructure assets.

What you will do:

• Employing existing advanced-support tools and processes
• Identifying and specifying requirements for new support tools and processes
• Troubleshooting existing tools and application processes
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• Research and recommend innovative and - where possible - automated approaches for supporting administration tasks.
• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
• General system administration tasks – troubleshooting, systems monitoring and escalation support
• Monitoring and responding to alerting systems, notifications, and support requests using a ‘follow the sun’ support model with a rotating, on-call weekend component.
• Manage the RSA Token process as RSA Token Administrator. Administration includes accumulation of appropriate documents related to the issuance of RSA Tokens to customers and/or GTreasury employees
• Ensuring required documentation is completed with the correct information and proper signoffs

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong experience with Windows OS in production environment
• Experience supporting applications and systems in a production environment for a large-scale SaaS software provider
• Experience with configuration management tools, automation tools, and high-level scripting languages (PowerShell)
• Experience with virtualization (HyperV) and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, specifically RSA, Symantec, etc.
• Knowledge of relational database fundamentals
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Integration technology stack: GIT, AzureDevOps, Octopus Deploy.
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (Octopus Deploy, MS DCM, Powershell, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2012 and its services (AD, networking…), including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and client support
• Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients, internal and potentially external.
