AGRILAND FS, is looking for a self starting, highly productive administrator with strong bookkeeping skills to process accounts payable.
Core Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to receipts, codes and receives approval for payment
- Executes payment of approved expenses
- Assist with general bookkeeping activities
- Will assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with special projects as assigned
What we need from you:
- Minimum of a two year degree in business with up to 2 - 4 years office experience
- Accurate and efficient data entry experience
- Excellent computer skills/experience with Microsoft Excel and experience learning new business software
- Experience working in a highly productive office
- Excellent customer service and team work experience
- Excellent bookkeeping experience
- Demonstrate attention to detail with excellent organization
- Self starter
