About Agreena

Agreena is an exciting, dynamic, and purpose-oriented organisation united in a mission to mobilise farmers and corporations to unlock the value of nature and help restore the planet. While we’re rooted in agriculture, finance, and technology, our team of experts range from soil carbon scientists and software developers to market strategists and regulatory affairs experts. Over 200 employees across more than 40 nationalities are gathered under the common Agreena flag – either working from our headquarters in Copenhagen, offices in London, or remotely across Europe.

Agreena provides solutions that drive both environmental and financial sustainability. Our company offers a supportive and positive work environment with opportunities for learning, leading, and growth no matter where you are in your professional journey. We believe in giving our employees a lot of responsibility, and we encourage new thinking, innovation, and fun.

And this is where you come in:

By joining our growing sales team as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling the full suite of Agreena’s Supply Chain Solutions. We are looking for talented sales individuals to drive our new relationships with the market. You will be responsible for individually building customer relationships and ultimately drive revenue. You will be engaging with, but not limited to, Food & Beverage companies, Banks, NGOs, Water Companies, Governments and Sustainability Consultants, as they prioritise where and how to reduce supply chain emissions, and ultimately achieve their sustainability goals.

You will take ownership of your territory and accountabilities, and through a consultative led sales approach manage a sales process which will allow you to achieve your revenue and sales KPIs. To ensure success, you'll be highly motivated, and commercially astute and ideally have a passion for sustainability and technology. You'll be comfortable with navigating ambiguity and be agile with the demands that naturally arise from rapid growth.

Ideally you'll be comfortable making the journey to London or Copenhagen at least 2 days per week to spend time in one of our main offices. There will also be regular travel to other offices, alongside other trips for Sales Events and Road Shows.
