Summary of Responsibilities
Our Creative Engagement team meaningfully engages our older adult clients in their own homes, retirement communities, adult family homes, or out in the community. Each visit is tailored to each individual client with clearly outlined goals developed in collaboration with the Director of Creative Engagement and/or the assigned care manager. Creative engagement visit activities range from art projects, reminiscence through photo albums or music, scenic drives, and visits to museums or other cultural institutions.
The Creative Engagement Specialist (CES) works under the supervision of the Director of Creative Engagement. This is a full-time, non-exempt salary position.
